SEXY Pulsar 200

Stunning! isn't it?

This is Bajaj Pulsar 200 DTS-I.

This time we didn't modified it to other bike, instead we transformed its look to more classy and sporty.

We can see that the some of the spare parts are altered to give a sporty look. The modified spare parts are the front mud guard kit, front disk breaks, disk pads, rear disk breaks and the mono suspension.

The mono suspension gave Pulsar 200 a steamy flirtatious look. This sporty look will allure everyone's  attention and also give a smooth comfortable ride to you.

SPARE PARTS USED ARE:
  • FRONT DISK BREAK WITH DISK PADS
  • REAR DISK BREAK WITH DISK PADS
  • MONO SUSPENSION
  • BIGGER SWING ARM
Pros
  • Main advantage is that the mono suspension give Pulsar a better look and make it ride smooth.
  • Font disk brake is stronger and powerful than the real one.
  • Rear disk break make braking comfort.
Cons
  • The new sporty Tyre may look good but hampers the performance by affecting the mileage.
  • Spare parts for this type of modification are costly

Pulsar 150 with Yamaha R15 kit

Surprised!!
Yes, it is possible to make your Pulsar look like Yamaha R15.

From the front view it looks like Yamaha R15, but It is Pulsar 150 UG 2. According to me it is an impressive task done with great perfection. In order to attain this you have to change some parts of your Pulsar.

There are some points you should keep in mind. First here we changed Pulsar 150 tail kit to Pulsar UG 3. The second main point is while assembling seats (I mean split seats) you have to be very cautious. You have to weld a metal rod across the frame so that the complete weight over the rear seat will be on this rod and if its not aligned properly it could harm your fiber kit. I am saying this out of my personal experience.

Now lets talk about the Yamaha R15 kit. While assembling R15 kit you have to verify the symmetry and position of the kit and must check the ground clearance. You can cut the portion of the silencer which  is projected out in the front. And make sure about air flow.

So do this to give your Pulsar a unique look.

SPARE PARTS USED ARE:
  • YAMAHA R15 HEAD ASSEMBLY  KIT
  • SPLIT SEAT
  • PULSAR UG 3 TAIL KIT
 Pros
  • It looks cool and makes you feel better.
  • The R15 kit has an aerodynamic structure.
Cons
  • R15 kit very costly.
  • Pulsar 150 is air cooled engine and the kit covers all over the engine, so make sure that engine gets sufficient air flow.
It looks cool, makes the ride awesome and the kit gives a sporty touch.

Pulsar 150 to Pulsar 220

This is the Pulsar 150 cc DTS-I. As we can see that all spare parts of Pulsar 150 is modified to 220.
This is going to be a great relief to those who want fuel efficiency and flamboyant look. You can see the difference. This one is a nice modification a Pulsar 150 is converted to Pulsar 220 F. Isn't it look great?

I have no comments to say its simply awesome.

While assembling all parts make sure if it is fixed properly or not. And must also maintain this modification once in a month. As I explained in previous post extra precaution should be taken while assembling seats. You have to weld a metal rod across the frame so that the complete weight over the rear seat will be on this rod and if its not aligned properly it could harm your fibre kit.

Talk about Swing arm assembly, actually it is designed for Pulsar 200, 180 and 220 so you have to make some adjustments with the swing arm. Rear disk break looks good and give a smooth break.

But there is a major problem with this modification, that's is related to the stand. Which can be easily resolved by adjusting the height of the stand by removing the small iron rod attached to it.

SPARE PARTS USED ARE :
  • SPLIT SEATS
  • 220 SILENCER
  • 220 FOOT REST KIT
  • SPLIT HANDLE BAR
  • REAR ALLOY WITH DISK
  • PULSAR 220 HEAD LIGHT KIT
Pros
  • This Silencer is more comfortable and makes you feel good.
  • Rear disk brake give a smooth break.
  • Split seats gives you a sporty look.
  • 220 headlight assembly will give you a Pulsar 220 feeling.
  • Changing footrest makes your seat comfortable.
Cons
  • Rear big Tyre make difference in mileage.
  • Pulsar 220 silencer exhaust is bigger so it also make difference in mileage.
  • Handle clipping must be very properly arranged otherwise it will be make handling poor.
  • Split seats must be arranged proper otherwise there is a chance of breaking tail kit.
